What if the site is down?

We try our best to avoid this. But still if due to any unforeseen this happens than Bids placed during this period will not be debited to and we will automatically reset the  bidding to start from where breakdown happened.

  I placed a bid that didn’t register! Why so?
 

This can happen if there is a network problem at your end leading to a delay in the transfer of data. For this :

  • Avoid streaming or sending and downloading large files.
  • Try and keep a minimum number of windows open while bidding.
  • Close all other network applications except the one you are using for bidding on Bestpricebid.

Go to "My Account" and than choose “Edit Profile

How do I change my password?

Please log on Bestpricebid and go to the option” Change password".

Where can I see as to how many bids I have left?

 Please log on Bestpricebid and go to "My Bestpricebid" and choose the option “My Bids”.

 How to view the Bids I have won? 

   Log on Bestpricebid and  choose the option “Won Bids”

Warranties and Returns

  Do the goods offered have a warranty?

Yes ,Wherever applicable, all goods come with a relevant warranty.

What to do if the product I have received has some fault ?

Inform our team within 3 days of delivery of your product at support@Bestpricebid.com by providing complete detail.. We will need to know the Product ID and the serial number of the product as this information will help us to deal with your problem without delay.

 

Please don’t send the item back to us  without contacting us . If your product needs to be replaced, we will contact you and let you know.

Shipping & Delivery

  How long does it take for the product to be delivered?

21 Days from the date payment is credited in company’s account If our customers do not receive the product within 2 weeks of the payment, they should contact customer service at support@Bestpricebid.com

How much are the delivery charges ?

The delivery charges vary according to product size, weight and destination. an indicative chart has been given on the website.

Where can Bestpricebid Ship its products?

Anywhere in India.

What is the Delivery Time ?

Normally three weeks from the receipt of payment. But if you do not receive the product within this period than contact customer care at support@Bestpricebid.com.

How can I track my product?

  Do you offer any guidance on bidding?

Yes, go on the homepage of Bestpricebid and click on “BidGuide” on the main page.

How can I purchase bids?

Bids can be purchased online/by sending Cheque or DD.

How to see the bids I have placed/purchased?

Login to your Bestpricebid account. Then click on ‘My Account’ & you will see your entire transaction history(Ledger).

Can I see who else are participating in that bid?

Yes, last 10 bidders along with their names, price of Bid & Time of Bid will always be visible on screen for any product.

If I place a bid, will I be the highest bidder?

Yes, till somebody else places a Higher Bid or the Bidding closes.

Online frauds are taken very seriously at Bestpricebid and utmost care is taken to safeguard our customers. Still if you suspect any such thing write us immediately at  support@Bestpricebid.com .

Furthermore, you can adopt the following steps to avoid online fraud :

    • Kindly don’t provide any financial information to anyone in an email as we will ask you to make payments directly on the website and not through an email.
    • Don’t disclose personal information in response to “account changes” and “security threats” emails that claim to resolve these issues by obtaining personal information from you.
    • Don’t be tricked by offers of free bids or money as free bids will be not be offered on email but in the Bestpricebid account webpage.

Your password is the key of your Bestpricebid account and you can ensure better password protection by:

    • Choosing a unique alphanumeric password that is easy for you to remember and doesn’t require you to write it down.
    • Never disclose your password to anyone .
    • Avoid using passwords that are easy to guess like birthdays, family names or telephone numbers.
